Well, it is done. Roe v. Wade has been overturned by the Supreme Court. This should not be a surprise to anyone. The Republicans have said this was their intent for years, and now they have succeeded.
And still, people seem shocked by this ruling. The solution is obvious: If you don’t want things like this to happen, stop electing Republicans. This was not some secret plot, carried out by tricksters who manipulated their way into power. The Republicans were elected by our fellow Americans, and they did exactly what they said they would do. We have no one to blame for this outcome but ourselves.
