The Tennessee Titans and Las Vegas Raiders will meet in a Week 3 matchup at Nissan Stadium in Nashville that features a pair of 0-2 teams that are in the cellar of their respective divisions.

After dropping their Week 1 game to the New York Giants, the Titans were blown out of the water in Week 2 by the Buffalo Bills, 41-7.

The Raiders have been more competitive over their first two games, but both have been losses. Week 2 was particularly ugly for Las Vegas, as it blew a 20-0 halftime lead and lost in overtime, 29-23.

According to FiveThirtyEight, the Titans have a 38 percent chance to make the playoffs and a 31 percent chance to win the division. Meanwhile, the Raiders have just a 16 percent chance to make the playoffs and a three percent chance to win the division.

According to Tipico Sportsbook, the Titans are actually 2.5-point home underdogs to the Raiders, but are experts going in the same direction?

CBS Sports’ Week 3 picks:

Pete Prisco: Raiders 27, Titans 24 – “This a game featuring two 0-2 teams that badly need a victory. The Titans are playing on a short week after getting blown out by the Bills on Monday night. But the Raiders are coming off a brutal loss where they blew a big lead. The Raiders will be able to move the ball through the air against a so-so Titans pass defense, which will let them pull out a close victory.”

Vinnie Iyer: Titans 30, Raiders 27 – “The Raiders with Derek Carr and the Titans with Mike Vrabel are two of the most unpredictable entities in the NFL. Las Vegas should have great success passing downfield with Carr here, but Tennessee can counter with getting Derrick Henry back on track to set up strong answers from Ryan Tannehill.”

Bill Bender: Titans 28, Raiders 27 – “The Titans are in desperation mode after a rough start, and the Raiders are coming off a shocking loss to the Cardinals. Derek Carr has the weapons around him with Darren Waller and Davante Adams. Tennessee plays keep-away long enough to cut Derrick Henry loose. The Raiders have won the last three at Tennessee, but the last meeting was 2019.”

Gregg Rosenthal: Raiders 23, Titans 21 – “The cornered animal game of the week has me flummoxed. The Raiders have played better through two weeks, and the Titans’ injury situation is ugly. But organizational history matters, and while Las Vegas is finding ways to lose games under Josh McDaniels, Mike Vrabel consistently gets Tennessee playing greater than the sum of its parts when the team needs it most. Ugh — I’ve flip-flopped on this game all week. Ultimately, the Titans’ secondary just has too many holes in it to trust.”
