INDIANAPOLIS – Police are investigating after a man was killed in a shooting Saturday night on Indy’s north side.
According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, around 11:45 p.m., officers responded to the 500 block of East 42nd Street on the report of a person shot.
When officers arrived, they located the adult male with injuries consistent with a gunshot wound. He was transported to an area hospital in critical condition. He was later pronounced deceased, according to police.
