Las Vegas firefighters are investigating after a vacant gentlemen’s club near the Strip was set ablaze this morning — causing a response by multiple jurisdictions, officials said.
About 7 a.m., crews with Las Vegas Fire and Rescue and the Clark County Fire Department responded to the former Crazy Horse Gentlemen’s Club, 2476 Industrial Rd., for a reported fire, assistant CCFD chief Scott Carnahan said in a release.
Upon arrival, personnel reported smoke and flames from the front and rear of the building, Carnahan said. Crews entered the building and knocked it down about 7:15, according to the release.
No injuries were reported, Carnahan said, and damages have not yet been estimated. The blaze was designated with a “High level response” consisting of eight engines, two truck companies, two battalion chiefs, two rescue units and an air unit, Carnahan said.
A timetable for the investigation was not given.
