The Pinal County Sheriff’s Office has identified woman and child found dead in San Tan Valley on Monday as 43-year-old Griselda Rodriguez and 6-year-old Nathan Arteaga.
The two deceased were found dead in a home near Castlegate Blvd. and N. Simonton Blvd., on September 26 at around 2:30 p.m., when deputies received a call regarding a suicidal subject.
The Pinal County Medical Examiner will determine the causes of death.
There are no outstanding suspects at this time.
“This is a tragic situation for the family, for the community, and for our agency,” said Sheriff Mark Lamb. “Please keep all those involved in your prayers.”
