The Tennessee Titans have wasted no time in reaching out to other teams to request interviews in their quest to find a replacement for Ran Carthon.
After sending requests to several teams on Wednesday, they started off Thursday sending another to the Seattle Seahawks.

Berry joined Seattle as a regional scout and worked his way up the ladder. He became a national scout for the team in 2014, and in 2015 he became the director of college scouting. In 2023, he was promoted to senior director of player personnel, and the logical next step is to be an assistant general manager or a general manager.
His experience with scouting and the time he’s spent looking at college players aligns very well with what the Titans are looking for in a general manager. Chad Brinker wants to build through the draft, and that’s exactly what Berry is good at.
Whether he lands the job remains to be seen, but when his interview is scheduled we will update this article with the latest information available.
