A man has been arrested for fatally shooting the son of a popular Alabama TikTok influencer.
Reuben Gulley turned himself in on Thursday in connection with the slaying of 18-year-old Randon Lee, who was gunned down at a Prichard gas station the day before his 19th birthday. He was booked in Mobile County jail on a count of murder, according to WALA-TV.

Police said the teen met up with Gulley and another person to sell them marijuana when he was killed back in June. He was allegedly shot inside one of the suspect’s vehicles before they both fled the scene.
The second suspect remains at large.
Lee was the son of Ophelia Nichols, better known on TikTok as @shoelover99 and Mama Tot. She confirmed Gulley’s arrest in a video shared with her 8.8 million followers. The influencer also slammed others on the platform for talking about her son’s death and the arrest before she could comment.
“My baby child’s life isn’t some funny gossip story that happened in a funny small town that happened a month ago that we can laugh about it today or one of those nosy stories that I say,” she said.
“This is my child’s life, and my child was murdered.”
