Laura DuHot wants prospective homebuyers to discover The Enclave, Denver’s best-kept secret.
The collection of 145 luxury, single-family homes, sits along the award-winning 18-hole Green Valley Ranch Golf Club, home of the Colorado Open.
“You enter The Enclave driving through a canopy of cottonwoods. It’s like you’re entering an enchanted forest,” says Duhot, new home counselor for Oakwood Homes. “When you live here, you don’t feel like you live in the city.”
Homebuyers who want to enjoy that escape from city life and get easy access to the golf club’s Smokehouse and Oyster Bar restaurant must act fast.
Oakwood has its final six homesites and one quick move-in available now, Duhot says, and she expects them to sell quickly.
Build your dream home
Buyers can choose from five floorplans to place on any of the six homesites nestled along the golf course. Construction will take an estimated 12-14 months.
Available plans for the homes that start in the mid-$700s range from 2,064-square-foot ranch homes to 5,633-square-foot two-stories. All come with three-car garages and the option for finished basements.
Homebuyers can work with experts at Oakwood’s 10,000-square-foot design center to select design finishes to personalize their homes.
With lots of windows and open floorplans, the light-filled homes feature big front porches and backyard decks to provide outdoor living spaces.
The homes appeal to move-up buyers ranging from empty nesters and soon-to-be empty nesters to young families and young professionals without children, Duhot says.
Location, location, location
Although The Enclave provides homeowners an oasis from the city, it’s still conveniently located near Denver International Airport and about 20 minutes from downtown.
In addition to the award-winning golf club, homebuyers also will be able to take advantage of 10 miles of trails that connect to the Highline Canal Trail. Located near protected wetlands, the community is also a bird-watcher’s paradise.
“Soon, you can be watching the sunset over both the golf course and the Rocky Mountains from your back porch,” says Corey Kemp, marketing manager for luxury homes at Oakwood Homes.
The Enclave’s 2,400-square-foot swimming pool is a community gathering spot. The pool features a beach entry, a sun deck, and a dedicated lap lane. The pool provides deck seating poolside plus a covered pavilion with two seating areas, an outdoor fireplace, and a lawn area for picnics, games and more.
As the area near The Enclave continues to develop, more amenities open nearby including a new Sprouts Market at 56th and Tower Road. The planned Flyway, a 32-acre retail space with a Costco and other retail and restaurants is set to open this fall.
The news and editorial staffs of The Denver Post had no role in this post’s preparation.
