Meet the Horizon Collection
With five floor plans, the Horizon Collection from Oakwood Homes offers options for either ranch or two-story homes in two Denver-area neighborhoods. Those homes range from 1,800 to 4,000 square feet and provide choices for two to five bedrooms.
The new energy-efficient, smart homes are available at Reunion in Commerce City and Thompson River Ranch in Johnstown.
The homes feature open floor concepts, and purposeful floorplans designed around how real families function. From the open kitchen with a large eat-in island to the intelligent flex space, there’s a space for everyone.
The homes also include attached two-car garages, a primary suite with spa shower and walk-in closet, Whirlpool appliances, maple cabinets, and luxury vinyl plank flooring.
Homebuyers can expect their new homes to be ready in 30 to 60 days.

Reunion amenities
Reunion, an Oakwood master-planned community, offers a small-town vibe and includes a recreation center, walking trails, two swimming pools, and a community coffee shop. It’s also home to the new STEAD charter school, part of Brighton’s 27J school district.
The Commerce City neighborhood is located 20 minutes from downtown Denver and about 10 minutes from Denver International Airport.
Thompson River Ranch amenities
Thompson River Ranch, an Oakwood master-planned community along the Northern Colorado corridor, is convenient to major roads for work commutes and minutes from shopping and dining at the Promenade Shops at Centerra in Loveland.
