The man who will take Cincinnati city councilman Greg Landsman’s seat when he heads to Congress will be sworn in Monday afternoon.Seth Walsh, a Xavier University graduate turned businessman, will replace Landsman on the council.Walsh helped revitalize the College Hill Business District while leading the way in $85 million worth of projects. Walsh also brought more than 100 affordable housing units to the area.Walsh was chosen over 40 other applicants for the open seat.Walsh will be sworn in during a special session at 2:30 p.m. tomorrow.
