The family of a Louisville mother last seen three years ago marks the anniversary of her disappearance with a candlelight vigil.The family of Andrea Knabel is continuing their search for her.Earlier this summer, the family teamed up with the nonprofit group Community United Effort and its team of 12 cadaver dogs. But the two-day search turned up nothing.Saturday’s vigil took place where Andrea is last believed to have walked near the Audubon Park and Camp Taylor neighborhoods.”This weekend, it’s very very emotional for us, so we’re wanting to turn our grief into something positive and just be proactive and do the best we can to raise awareness for Andrea and for all missing people. We still have hope and we want to get her back here safe,” said Erin Knabel, sister.Family members say they’ve received about half a dozen leads in the past two months.Police say the case is an active investigation.
