As someone who leads an active lifestyle, I know how challenging it is to get ready after a tough workout. Barry’s is known for being one of the hardest (and most rewarding) workout classes out there, since it combines high-intensity aerobic activity with strength training. After every Barry’s class I go to, I’m typically dripping sweat and need a cold shower to even attempt to cool down.
