Fort Pierre City Council gets lease to use Corps lot as site for all season fish cleaning station.
Thanks to an agreement with the US Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Pierre will be adding an all season fish cleaning station to the list of local amenities available for anglers.
Public Works Director Rick Hahn says the city is leasing lots near the 5th Avenue boat ramp.
Travis Frost lives adjacent to the proposed location for the fish cleaning station.
Fundraising efforts are underway to pay for building the all season fish cleaning station in Fort Pierre. Over half of the needed funds have been raised so far.
