IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI) – The Chukars are hot, and a complete team performance was plenty for their third straight win and fifth in a row at home Thursday night, a 7-0 shutout victory against Grand Junction.

On the mound, Jake Binder was fantastic for the Chuks in his second start of the season. He tossed 6.0 scoreless innings, allowing just five hits while striking out five Rockies.

At the plate, Calvin Estrada hit a monster three-run home run in the first inning as part of a 4-for-5 night. Idaho Falls added four more runs throughout the contest for a dominating victory.

Next up, the Chukars go for their fourth win in a row overall and sixth straight at home Friday night at 7:05 p.m. back at Melaleuca Field against Grand Junction.
