On Thursday, Blake Masters received the coveted endorsement of former President Donald Trump in the Republican Primary race for the U.S. Senate.

Masters, 35, faces current Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich and Fortune 500 CEO Jim Lamon.
The former COO of Thiel Capital, Masters serves as the president of Thiel Foundation.

Club for Growth applauded the endorsement.
“When Club for Growth Action and President Trump work together, real conservatives win, and that’s exactly what will happen in Arizona,” David McIntosh, president of Club for Growth Action, said in a statement Thursday welcoming Trump’s endorsement of Masters.
