Gloomy weather kicks off the week

well, as we said earlier today was just a beautiful day is a beautiful day. Um we’re gonna have some ups and downs but by the end of this week. Yeah, it looks like we’re really gonna have the payoff by the end of the week with temperatures reaching into the eighties upper seventies outside, we’ll get some sunshine as well so it looks beautiful by the end of the week, the start of the week. Not so much though, temperatures right now just now, making it into the fifties is still quite chilly outside this afternoon, 50 degrees in Cincinnati 49 in Florence so far and temperatures in alexandria sitting around 49 degrees as well into Wilmington’s actually it’s a little bit chillier there, temperatures right around 47 much of the same for blanche Chester and at least it looks nice and sunny and it’s been sunny for the majority of the day today. However, we’ll start to see those clouds increasing here tonight as temperatures make their way down to the forties, there is a possibility that we start to see a little bit of rain moving in here right around midnight tonight but most of that rainfall tonight’s not really going to come into play until closer to midnight or even a few hours later. So tomorrow is going to be a soggy start for us. Some closer to I 70 could even see a couple of flurries mixing in occasionally. I don’t expect it to be too much of an issue but something that you’ll notice as you’re driving to work tomorrow morning for some and then by the middle of the week we’ll still see a few shower chances on thursday but temperatures actually start to rebound beginning on Wednesday. It’s going to be a cold start to the week though. Even tomorrow temperatures will be stuck in the upper forties, low fifties for many towns. By the end of the week though we see that 30° climb in temperatures will reach close to 80°. Starting on Friday, we actually stay sunny so it looks great if you’re heading out to the Reds games this upcoming weekend or you’re going out to FCC Olivia Rodrigo playing this upcoming friday. So the forecast looks really great by the time we get to the second half of the week. In the meanwhile, keeping an eye on this system, this is going to be our culprit for rain later on tonight. You can see it approaching ST louis right now. So eventually this high pressure gives way to that rainfall and we’ll start to see some light rain moving in here again right around midnight or so. But until then I expect it to be mostly dry but we’ll start to see some of those clouds increasing here tonight. So you see that on future gas right here a few clouds begin increasing later on but then starting closer to about one or two o’clock in the morning, we’ll begin to see some light showers moving into greater Cincinnati and these showers will continue kind of off and on throughout the morning. I do think the morning tomorrow is going to be the wettest part of the day for sure. This is when you’re most likely to run into rain and you get and you notice this pink and blue closer to I 70 if you live in Connor’s ville, if you live in Liberty or even Oxford Springboro, even Middletown, you might see a few flurries mixing in with some of that rainfall as it comes down first thing in the morning. Otherwise through the rest of the day we’ll start to see the rain kind of coming to an end but I can’t rule out some spotty showers throughout the afternoon, especially closer to about five or six o’clock tomorrow evening. So right as you’re heading home from work, you still might run into a Sprinkle or two throughout Cincinnati. Otherwise the rest of your monday night will begin to dry out and then by Tuesday some good news, mostly dry throughout the day, but temperatures are still going to stay a little bit cool on Tuesday, this is a front moving through. So it’s going to allow for temperatures Tuesday to still be about 10 degrees 15, even degrees below usual for this time of year. So it’s for tomorrow, temperatures are going to top out around 49 36 tonight for that overnight low, some of us even down to about 34 so and then again only topping out around 49 tomorrow afternoon. So cold day for sure. And this rain is gonna stick around. It’s weather impact day throughout tomorrow morning and then by friday, excuse me, Tuesday temperatures around 50 60 on Wednesday and then climbing into the seventies beginning thursday about 78 on friday 80 degrees, both saturday and sunday. So looks great next weekend, guys, mm hmm.
