The Mississippi 2022 Dream Home Giveaway program for St. Jude is underway, with the home being built in The Villages section of Madison.
The $555,000 four-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home is being built by Crosstown Builders on Felicity Street in Madison.
The home features 3,000 sq. feet with a two-car garage and a French Creole-inspired architecture with an open floor plan and optimal storage. There is a gourmet kitchen with an 8 foot by 4 foot quartz and marble island perfect for entertaining, with hardwood floors throughout. It has a 24-foot wide front porch with an enclosed side courtyard.
Every single penny from the giveaway goes to fighting childhood cancer.
“I love what I do and the opportunity I get to plan, create and build, and I love our team we have at Crosstown Builders,” said Todd Sandridge of Crosstown Builders.
He and Trey Pace head up Crosstown Builders which is one of the preferred builders for The Villages in Madison. Sandridge and Pace earned finalist honors from the Clarion Ledger “Best of 2016” in the homebuilder category.

Tickets are on sale for $100 through Dream Home website or call 800-371-6789.
The last day to buy tickets in June 16. However, there is a cap of 14,000 tickets to be sold. The home will be open for tours between May 7 and June 12 and the giveaway will be June 16.
The Early Bird Prize deadline is April 21, with a chance to win a $10,000 VISA gift card, courtesy of Dream Day Foundation.
