One person was injured in a shooting Friday afternoon in the Lower Nob Hill area of San Francisco, police said.

Officers arrived at the 800 block of Geary Boulevard just after noon, the San Francisco Police Department said. They found a man with gunshot wounds, who then was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, SFPD said.

Police said no arrests have been made in connection with the shooting at this time.
