A woman barged into a classroom and discharged chemical spray at several people during an altercation Friday afternoon at Chicago Bulls College Prep high school on the city’s West Side.
The woman, who is either a parent or guardian of one of the students, was arrested following the dispute that took place about 12:10 p.m. at the school, 2040 W. Adams St., said Chicago police.
At least six ambulances were sent to the school, 2040 W. Adams St. the fire department said.
Two adult staff members were taken in good condition to a hospital, while four others at the scene declined medical help, fire officials said.
Students at the school were released for the day and charges were pending against the woman, police said.
