MADISON, Wis. — Extreme politician Brad Schimel is for sale and power-hungry billionaire Elon Musk has bought him off to “support President Trump’s agenda!” on the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
New reporting from the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel today revealed Schimel will be “President Donald Trump’s bestie on the bench,” and “Conservative Brad Schimel will support President Trump’s agenda!” Schimel himself just this month pledged to be a “support network” for Trump on the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
This latest revelation comes on the heels of reporting that Schimel has attacked the Wisconsin Supreme Court for not throwing out legal votes and overturning the 2020 election for Trump, claiming the Court “screwed him over.”
This week, the Washington Post reported that Musk’s multi-million dollar campaign for Schimel was intent on “flipping control of the court.”
“Elon Musk knows Brad Schimel is for sale and now he has bought him off to support Donald Trump’s agenda on the Wisconsin Supreme Court,” said Democratic Party of Wisconsin Deputy Communications Director Haley McCoy. “Brad is an extreme politician who is running to corrupt the court by supporting Trump’s political agenda. This latest mailer is just more corruption to the extreme from Brad Schimel.”
