INDIANAPOLIS — A winning Powerball ticket that was sold in Demotte at the end of last year still has not been claimed.
According to a Hoosier Lottery press release, the ticket, which is worth $50,000, was sold at a Love’s Travel Stop located at 11207 W. State Road 10 in November.
The ticket matched four out of five numbers and the Powerball during a Nov. 11 drawing. That drawing’s winning numbers were 1-12-14-24-57 with a Powerball of 7.
Officials indicated that the ticket must be claimed no later than 4:30 p.m. on May 9 at the Hoosier Lottery Prize Payment office, which is located at 1302 N. Meridian St. in Indianapolis.
Lottery personnel encourage all Powerball winners to ensure their tickets are in secure places, consider meeting with financial advisors and contact Hoosier Lottery customers service at 1-800-955-6886 to get specific claim instructions.
