The margaritas, in flavors like blood orange and guava, are among the best in town, the rotating specials are always interesting, and the vegan options are plentiful. You’ll find barbacoa, mahi, and chorizo here, but the restaurant will also fill any of the build-your-own tacos and burritos with seitan, soy chorizo, or smoked tofu.
