Wauwatosa, WI — On Monday, September 12, 2022, the Wauwatosa School District Board of Education approved Superintendent Dr. Demond Means’ recommendation to appoint Ms. Lindsey Whyte as Director of Data Quality + Analytics for the Wauwatosa School District.
Ms. Lindsey Whyte is a forward-thinking educational leader who has a reputation for identifying and creating actionable plans that support the growth of students and staff. She has been recognized as an analytical, organized, and resourceful professional who uses her robust communication skills to develop strong relationships. She takes pride in helping others achieve their goals by identifying areas of need and collaborating around intentional action steps. She has experience in analyzing behavioral data to make data-driven decisions and utilizing a strategic approach to help others reach their true potential. Ms. Whyte previously served various roles in the Mequon-Thiensville School District, including assistant principal, summer academic coordinator, and gifted and talented coordinator. She also held the role of classroom teacher in the School District of Waukesha and Milwaukee Academy of Science. Ms. Whyte received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from St. Norbert College, and earned a Master of Education from Carroll University. “I am honored to have the opportunity to serve the Wauwatosa School District as the Director of Data Quality and Analytics,” stated Whyte. “I look forward to collaborating with a strong, forward-thinking team of educators and supporting the growth of the Wauwatosa school community in building data systems that allow us to confidently and efficiently monitor student learning so that we can ensure students are meeting academic and social-emotional goals.”
