SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A water main break caused streets to fill with water, near Cherry Rock Park.
Crews quickly responded and the water went down, but it left behind some significant damage along Southeastern Avenue, just north of 18th Street.
Chunks of the road washed away. There was also a lot of debris.
