SIOUX FALLS S.D. (KELO) — Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem will receive an honorary degree from Dakota State University Saturday.
Former South Dakota Governor Noem is also giving a commencement speech.
Her appearance is being met with both support and opposition. KELOLAND News reported students’ thoughts from Madison last week.
