The Tennessee Titans will get a hands-on look at some prospects in the Shrine Bowl.  Here are the top 10 players in that game

The Reese’s Senior Bowl will take place on February 1 and many fans of the Tennessee Titans will be tuning in to see many different prospects in action.

The Titans front office has been front and center this week, and any player on the field could catch the eye of coaches, scouts and fans throughout the week. Tennessee has many needs to fill this offseason, and there will likely be multiple prospects that will improve their stock with a good showing.

With the game days away, here is a look at the top 10 overall prospects to keep an eye on throughout the week and during the game.

DL Walter Nolan – Ole Miss

The Titans already have a solid defensive line and they may not have interest, but there is no doubt that Nolan is likely a day one starter in the NFL. A dynamic interior defender, he has Pro Bowl caliber traits as a run stuffer, but has tremendous upside as a pass rusher. He likely won’t make it out of the first round.

OT Wyatt Milum – West Virginia

Milum projects as a high-upside offensive tackle prospect with the potential to make an immediate impact in the NFL. He isn’t a top athlete, but his versatility and technical skill set will allow him to step in and help the offensive line. He also offers some versatility and has done some work along the interior. He is a late day-one prospect that might slide into the top of the second round.

CB Maxwell Hairston – Kentucky

Hairston doesn’t scream shutdown corner, but he is a versatile prospect that should excel in the right scheme. Experienced outside or in the slot, he has a high football acumen and is a playmaker. He should definitely hear his name on Day 2 of the draft and could make an impact early in his career.

OT Aireontae Ersery – Minnesota

Ersery might not be as polished as some of the other prospects, but he has a high ceiling and could develop into an outstanding bookend. He is a natural athlete with room to grow and is already a dominant run blocker. He does need some technique work in pass protection, but has experience on both sides of the line. No worse than a swing tackle to start, he has the upside teams look for when building a foundation.

OT Josh Conerly Jr. – Oregon

Conerly is an excellent prospect that comes complete with the athleticism and technical savvy to become a successful NFL offensive tackle. He has elite traits in pass protection and plays with an edge. He could stand to get bigger, but he has room to grow and an upside to match. He does lack some polish in the run game, but those issues should not impact his status.

Edge Mike Green – Marshall

Green is an intriguing edge prospect that is best suited in a 3-4 scheme.  A dynamic athlete, he displays natural pass-rush abilities, an explosive first step and outstanding bend. He also comes with experience as a core special teams performer and has upside potential. He may need to add bulk to shut down the edge against the run, but he has room to grow and refine his technique.

OG Jonah Savaiinaea – Arizona

Savaiinaea profiles as one of the better interior prospects in this class. Armed with outstanding size, quick feet and a high football IQ, he has the ability to come in and start. He does need some refinement of his technique in the run game and will benefit from NFL coaching once a team settles on his position. He has experience at both tackle and guard, which has impacted his overall development. He is a raw prospect but has tremendous upside.

DL Deone Walker – Kentucky

Walker might remind some Titans fans of T’Vondre Sweat. He brings an impressive blend of size, power, and motor to the table and can be dominant. He is still a raw prospect and does struggle with leverage at times, but he has a tremendous upside and can develop on the fly as he settles into his role as a disruptive interior defender.

Edge Princely Umanmielen – Ole Miss

Umanmielen has a rare combination of size and speed that will make an impact early in his career as a pass rusher. Armed with an outstanding burst, bend, and a refined pass-rush approach, he will be disruptive on day one. He may struggle early in his career setting the edge against the run, but he can come in and make an impact in the right scheme as a rookie and develop into a three-down edge.

DL Shemar Stewart – Texas A&M

Stewart is another raw prospect with a tremendous upside. He flashes tremendous athleticism for his size and has all the tools needed to dominate at the NFL level. He is scheme versatile, but does need to work on his technique against both the run and the pass. With the right coaching, he has the ability to develop into a dominant force for a defense.
