The Titans have a handful of Exclusive Rights free agents, including tackle Andrew Rupcich, linebackers Otis Reese IV and Jack Gibbens, defensive linemen T.K. McClendon and Keondre Coburn, defensive backs Mike Brown and Darrell Baker Jr. and guard Arlington Hambright that they can sign if they want to. An exclusive rights free agent is a player with two or fewer accrued seasons and an expiring contract. These players have little negotiating ability and have a specific league-structured contract that can be offered.
