The Fort Pierre as the City Council has approved an application for the town’s third medical marijuana dispensary license.
Grassroots Home, Health and Wealth owner Vicki Warne says
Warne says with rules still developing in South Dakota– and nationwide– things in the medical marijuana business change quickly.
Warne hopes to have her dispensary and grow building secured by the end of the month (June 2022).
The Fort Pierre City Council has previously approved medical cannabis licenses for Black Hills Cannabis Care (dispensary only) and Bad River Cannabis (grow operation and dispensary).
