Seeing the Miu Miu satin ballet flats come down the F/W 22 runway instantly evoked strong feelings of nostalgia. Back in 2016, Miu Miu released a pair of very similar ballet flats adorned with chunky straps, grommets, and gingham ribbons to tie up your ankle just like that of an actual ballet slipper. The new style currently comes in five stunning colors, each of which also appeared on the runway. So far, we are seeing them styled mainly with thick socks to pay rightful homage to the original runway styling, and according to hours of digging through Instagram photos, white is surprisingly the most popular color choice so far.
