Everybody hopes to achieve the American Dream — although the definition of that dream varies from person to person.

While pursuing your own personal goals, it is inevitable that you will occasionally run into obstacles. Recently, web hosting company GoDaddy asked more than 1,000 small-business owners to name their own personal roadblocks to the American Dream.

The entrepreneurs cited the following obstacles that must be overcome on the way to success.
