The Browns have a powerhouse in Nick Chubb, a back who can run and catch in Kareem Hunt, and D’Ernest Johnson. If Deshaun Watson is suspended, the running game will be far more important to the Browns. Truth is, should Watson see the field in 2022, he would do well to keep feeding his backs, whether through handoffs or passes out of the backfield.
