SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Sioux Falls Mayor Paul TenHaken, Police Chief Jon Thum and a local business owner are speaking at Thursday’s One Sioux Falls media briefing.
According to a city news release, the city officials and a business owner will discuss “the growing issue of disruptive behavior particularly noticeable in our downtown area and felt by our community, visitors, businesses, and hospitality industry.”
