An SUV police suspect was stolen went off the road during a police chase and crashed down an embankment in the Hollywood Hills Tuesday night.
The crash happened on Appian Way and Lookout Mountain Avenue in Beverly Glen.
The chase started out of the Van Nuys area on streets and briefly traveled on the 101 Freeway.
It headed in opposing lanes of traffic on dark, two-lane roads in Beverly Glen.
