The FBI and Gila River Police are investigating a stabbing that occurred Saturday night in the Wild Horse Pass Casino parking lot.
According to the FBI, following the stabbing, an unknown man got into a white pickup truck and fled. The truck did not have license plates and is missing the tailgate.
