On July 3, Rep Bliss and I asked Phoenix to repeal its ordinance approving the transfer of hundreds of firearms to Ukraine, which violates state law. Phoenix has not responded to our letter. We learned that on 8/4, Phoenix signed the contract with DT Gruelle. Unacceptable!!!
