BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — The Indiana State Police issued a Statewide Silver Alert for a Bloomington man Friday night.
According to ISP, the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office is investigating 65-year-old Gary Edwards’s disappearance.
Edwards is described as a 5’11” white male, weighing 170 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. ISP said he was last seen wearing a light blue jacket, t-shirt and blue jeans. He was also driving a grey 2014 Buick Regal with the Indiana license plate SDR414.
Edwards was last seen at the Twin Lakes Recreation Center in Bloomington at 12:30 p.m.
The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office added that Edwards reportedly has early-onset Alzheimer’s and is likely in extreme danger.
