South Dakota state prison offender Harry Kirkvold has died.
The state Department of Corrections says Kirkvold passed away at the Jameson Annex to the South Dakota State Penitentiary in Sioux Falls on Saturday (July 13, 2024).
Kirkvold, age 70, was serving a sentence for aggravated assault from Davison County at the time of his death.
