Flags at Half-Staff in Honor of Former Prime Minister of Japan
PIERRE, S.D. – Today, Governor Kristi Noem ordered that flags be flown at half-staff statewide effective immediately until sunset on Sunday, July 10, 2022, in honor of former Prime Minister of Japan, Shinzo Abe.
