A Sioux Falls woman faces numerous charges after being arrested in the WalMart parking lot in Watertown Sunday afternoon (May 1, 2022).
Police Captain Steve Rehorst says the call came in just before 1:30.
Rehorst says while all that was going on, the police department’s drug dog Sadie was deployed to the scene.
Rehorst says they arrested 38 year-old Amanda Quinn on numerous drug charges.
