LOGANSPORT, Ind. — A Silver Alert has been issued for a man missing from Logansport Monday night.
The Logansport Police Department is searching for Raymond Payne, 41, who is described as a 5’11” tall white male weighing 173 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen on Monday, Nov. 10, around 9:24 a.m. wearing a black sweatshirt and blue jeans.
