A Statewide Silver Alert has been issued for a missing Cambridge City man who was last seen May 9 in Richmond, Indiana.
The Cambridge Police Department are looking for Joel Alicea, who is described as a 41-year-old Hispanic male, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 153 pounds. Alicea also has black hair with brown eyes.
Alicea is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
