Low temperatures have been in the 40s in much of the southeast, but we’ve had a few 30s in the rural areas around Sioux Falls.
The radar trend has been dry as well, but a few showers may be on the way tonight.
We sure could use some moisture, with deficits running 20 to 50% of normal in many areas on the map below.
Futurecast shows our passing cold front tonight and a few showers with it late this evening and overnight. Don’t expect anything widespread or heavy, but enough rain to settle the dust is possible.
Temperatures will return to above normal levels toward the end of the week.
