SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Sioux Falls Police are investigating an apparent shooting incident near 11th and Sneve Avenue behind Eastway Bowl.
The incident was reported at about 9 a.m. Thursday as a man down and when officers arrived they found a man with a serious gunshot wound, Sgt. Travis Olsen said during Thursday’s briefing.
“Officers are investigating as we speak,” Olsen said.
Olsen said there was no danger to the public but advised the public to stay away from the area because of the investigation.
He said police will share an update on the investigation later Thursday or during Friday’s police briefing.
