SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A Sioux Falls man has been charged with additional charges of production of child pornography, attempted production of child porn and transfer of obscene materials to a minor.

Justin Preuschl, 29, was indicted in June 2024 for exploitation of minors, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office District of South Dakota. During the investigation, officers identified 11 additional victims and in October 2024, the federal grand jury superseded Preuschl’s indictment with 20 additional charges.

Over two years, Preuschl used various online applications and platforms to persuade several minor females to produce and send sexually explicit images or videos to him. He also used various online platforms to send obscene materials to minor females.

Preuschl faces 15 to 30 years in federal prison for production and attempted production of child porn and another 10 years for transferring obscene materials to a minor.
