SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A convicted sex offender is back behind bars, accused of exploiting a 15-year-old in Lincoln County.
41-year-old Nicholas Hausvik was convicted of child pornography charges in 2015 and is currently on parole.
He now faces several new charges, including solicitation and sexual exploitation of a minor.
He made his first court appearance on the new charges today.
