SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Clark County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help in finding the individual who killed a captive bull elk.
According to a post on Facebook, a captive bull elk was shot inside a fence in Crandall, South Dakota and left to lay. This happened between the morning of November 13 and the morning of November 15.
The landowner arrived Friday morning to find his herd bull shot and left dead inside its penned area. This is the second bull that has been shot from the heard and left to die.
