SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A second person is behind bars in connection to a kidnapping and assault in Sioux Falls.

In court Tuesday afternoon, a judge set her bond at $100,000 cash only.

Court Documents say 33-year-old Diana Segura Luna is charged with Kidnapping and Aggravated Assault.

Two other woman are wanted for the same charges.

Police arrested Luna’s brother, Edgar Segura, in connection to the crime last week.

Documents add that there is video of the crime from the victim’s phone.

The victim first told police that she was walking in the area of 13th Street and Elmwood Avenue on September 18th when a car pulled and a woman got out and hit her over the head. She later woke up on a couch.

It was later found out that the victim went to pick someone up the apartment on Lake Avenue and went inside.

She went back outside and found her rental car was gone.

The victim says Segura drug her back inside by her hair.

Court Documents say she was brought to a bedroom and told to perform oral sex on Segura, which she refused.

She was later tied to a post with a phone cord at Clear Lake in Minnehaha County.

She waited for a short time after the car left, freed herself and ran for help.
