THIBODAUX, LA (KELO) — SDSU quarterback Mark Gronowski participated in the Manning Passing Academy in Louisiana.

The camp was attended by several top college football QBs as well as running backs, wide receivers and tight ends.

Gronowski relished the opportunity to play in the southern heat, in preparation for a few games this season.

“This is a different type of heat down here,” Gronowski said. “It’s a lot different, and I’m excited to come down here. We got Oklahoma State to the start off the year and Southeastern Louisiana. So we got a couple of south games, which I’m excited for.”

The Jacks open the season at Oklahoma State on Aug. 31 and visit Southeastern Louisiana on Sept. 21.
