INDIANAPOLIS – Friday marks Carb Day at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
It’ll be a busy day at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, with the final Indy 500 practice, the annual pit stop challenge and a concert.
Cars are scheduled to hit the track at 11 a.m., with the final practice lasting about two hours. The concert, featuring headliner George Thorogood & The Destroyers plus Kid Quill and the Gin Blossoms, starts at 3 p.m.
Here’s a look at the schedule for Miller Lite Carb Day:
- 8 a.m.-6 p.m.: Public Gates Open
- 11 a.m-1 p.m.: NTT INDYCAR SERIES Final Practice
- 2:30-4 p.m.: One Stop to Start Pit Stop Challenge
- 2 p.m.: Concert Gates Open
- 3 p.m.: Miller Lite Carb Day Concert (George Thorogood & The Destroyers, Gin Blossoms, Kid Quill)
General admission tickets are $50, with children 15 and under admitted free with a paying adult.
