SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO) — It’s Winter Crazy Days at both The Empire Mall and The Bridges at 57th Street in Sioux Falls. Stores are offering deals up to 75% off winter merchandise along with BOGO offers through Sunday. Stores at both locations open at 10 a.m.
Ice Fish Fest at Catfish Bay in Sioux Falls features more than $30,000 in cash and prizes, including $5-thousand to the person who catches the largest fish. It costs $50 to enter. Contestants pick their holes at noon and the tournament runs from 1-4 p.m.
It’s the final weekend of the Downtown Burger Battle in Sioux Falls. Forty businesses are competing for bragging rights through January 31. You can vote for your favorite burger based on flavor, patty, toppings, bun and presentation.

Open skating sessions at the SCHEELS IcePlex in Sioux Falls are 1-3 p.m. and 7 to 9:30 p.m. Admission is $9 for adults and $7 for children. Skate rentals are $4.
